Delivery
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom, we do not ship abroad. The standard shipping rate to mainland UK is £3.95. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
Hogwash send your parcel by Royal mail unless over 2kgs and then use a courier.
If you have not received your goods within 48 hours (Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow an extra day or two) of receiving this email please contact us on 01805 624508. or by email – hogwashsoap@hotmail.co.uk .
Deliveries are generally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
Delivery Times
We try to get your order out to you within 2-3 working days, and on most occasions it is a next day delivery, but we would recommend allowing approximately 5 working days for delivery just to be sure. If you have an urgent order, please give us a call and we will let you know if we can deliver it on time for you.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to Hogwash within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. However, for hygiene reasons, we are not able to refund or exchange toiletries after purchase.
All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Hogwash do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to Hogwash within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Hogwash reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
Lost or Damage Goods
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact Hogwash within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect so that we can immediately address the problem and notify our carrier if necessary. For retail customers, in the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case your order has been delayed.
